Brake Light Cover FAQs

Q. How do I become a retailer?

Please click here and fill in the form to become a retailer of our SEC taillight covers.

Q. What does NCAA licensed mean?

Purchasing your taillight covers from SportsTails means your favorite SEC school has approved this product and is receiving royalties for each product sold.  What better way to support your school and show your team pride than accessorizing your vehicle with SportsTails.

Q. Why does the product packaging say Logo Tails and not SportsTails?

SportsTails is an authorized distributor and retailer of the original and innovative Logo Tails taillight covers.  With the Logo Tails product on your vehicle, you know you are supporting your favorite team's school with an NCAA officially licensed product.

Q. Why don't I see taillight covers for my SUV or Truck?

This product is relatively new and new models will become available in the coming months.  We encourage you to check back often for updated product offering.

If you would like to let us know what SUV or Truck you are interested in getting taillight covers for, please click here and you will be taken to a form to fill-in.  Your submission will be entered into our database for product development.  Please keep in mind these taillight covers are NCAA licensed (ensuring your school gets royalties) and there is a well-defined approval process ensuring authenticity of the product.

Q. How do you install the taillight covers?

Please click on the Installation tab for step-by-step directions to securely attach your school's taillight covers.

Q. Can they be painted?

Yes. It is recommended that you use a local automotive body shop that can match your vehicle's color and paint them according to the paint manufacturer's instructions.  However, others have been successful in producing a quality paint job with a vehicle color matched spray can or "rattle can".  Of course, they can be installed in their original black color for a great look too!

Q. Is it legal to put covers on my vehicle?

Since local codes are different area to area, the customer needs to check legal code in their area.  The taillight covers are designed to ensure sufficient light transmission in line with federal code.

Q. I don't see my schools taillight covers?

SportsTails and Logo Tails will be introducing other SEC schools in the coming months.  Check back to see an updated SEC school list or contact us.  Please keep in mind these taillight covers are NCAA licensed (ensuring your school gets royalties) and there is a well-defined approval process ensuring authenticity of the product.
